About TRC Inspire Potential LTD
I'm Tamzin Reid, a dyslexic neurodiversity coach, business owner, trampoline coach, tutor, assessor and club leader based in Kent. I run TRC Inspire Potential, supporting neurodivergent adults, coaches, clubs and businesses with simple, practical, real-life neurodiversity support.
I know what it feels like to not fit the system. I've spent much of my life learning to work with a brain that doesn't always fit traditional ways of doing things — and I now use everything I once struggled with to help others feel understood, supported and capable.
My work covers three areas: coaching neurodivergent adults to understand themselves and build confidence, training coaches and clubs to include neurodivergent children and young people, and helping businesses support neurodivergent employees.
Everything I offer is built on lived experience and decades of real coaching, not theory. No jargon, no clinical language — just honest, practical support that helps people move forward.
